Sharda Weddings does wedding planning across Lucknow and Prayagraj. We've been at this for about 14-15 years now, maybe more. Here's how we're different - there's no standard package we push on everyone. Your family has specific ways of doing things, certain traditions matter to you, others don't. Some clients want the full traditional setup with every ritual. Others prefer keeping it modern and minimal. Most people want something in between. We work with whatever that is for you.

The way it works is pretty simple. We meet up, sit down properly and talk through what you actually want. Budget conversation happens upfront because there's no point planning something that doesn't match what you can spend. Once that's clear, we build a plan from there.

Then we take over the execution part. Vendor Coordination, Venue Management, all the back-and-forth, the logistics - we handle it. Problems will come up, they always do with events this size. When they do, we sort them out. You don't need to know about most of them.

We've done all kinds by now. Small weddings with under 100 guests. Big ones with 10,000-15,000 people. Destination celebrations. Traditional Hindu ceremonies. Modern fusion events. Each one needs different handling, different vendors, different approach. You learn what works where.

The goal isn't complicated. We want families to actually enjoy their wedding instead of spending the whole time managing it. When the couple can be present and the parents aren't running around stressed, that means the planning worked properly.
