We make a timeline that actually makes sense (not those crazy ones where mehndi starts at 9 AM... nobody's ready by 9 AM, let's be real). Day of the wedding, we're there. Not just one person, our whole team. Something goes wrong? We fix it before you even notice. That's the job.

Effective wedding planning entails more than just selecting vendors and choosing aesthetic decor. It requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and constraints of each venue, as well as the ability to oversee multiple groups working in tandem, and to orchestrate intricate schedules that accurately capture the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of Indian weddings in real-life practice, rather than relying on idealized notions.
We deliberately incorporate a high degree of adaptability into our planning process, as weddings often deviate from their original timeline. This ebb and flow is not only anticipated, but also a natural and lovely aspect of the celebration. Our role is to ensure that these inevitable timing adjustments do not cause any undue haste or anxiety, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the occasion.

Venue selection and management
We visit different places with you, ask all the right questions that you might not think of and help you see beyond just the pretty brochure pictures and Instagram posts. Because what looks gorgeous in professional photos might have terrible acoustics for the sangeet, or very limited parking that'll cause problems, or strict time restrictions you weren't told about upfront.

Complete vendor management
We connect you with reliable people we've personally worked with multiple times. We negotiate fair reasonable prices on your behalf. We coordinate everyone throughout the process so you're not constantly getting calls and messages from 15 different vendors all asking questions and needing decisions.

Budget planning and tracking
We help you figure out where to allocate your money for maximum impact and where you can save without it being obvious or looking cheap. We also track expenses as we go, so there are no surprise budget overruns at the end.

This is where we really save you money and headaches. Caterers - we work with probably 15-20 different ones, depending on budget and cuisine. Some are great for North Indian traditional, some do better continental, and some have amazing live counters. We know who's reliable. There's one very famous caterer here (won't name them) who everyone wants... but they overbook, food quality drops, and service is terrible. We tell clients upfront. Photographers - this is so hit or miss in our city. We've got maybe 5-6 photographers we trust completely. They show up on time, they don't make couples do awkward poses for hours, and they deliver photos within 2-3 months (not 8 months like some). And videos? Proper cinematic videos, not those cringe ones with too many effects. Makeup artists, mehendi waalis, DJs, bands... everyone's vetted. We don't just Google "wedding vendors Lucknow" and pick someone.

Destination weddings look so incredibly effortless and dreamy on Instagram and Pinterest, don't they? Beautiful resort, beach backdrop, everyone's relaxed and happy. But the reality that nobody posts about is that they actually need way, way more planning and coordination than local weddings.
You're dealing with unfamiliar venues you've never visited before, local vendors you've never worked with, and don't know if they're reliable, getting 100+ guests to all travel to the same place at the same time, multi-day event structures in an unfamiliar city, and local regulations you might not know about. It all adds serious layers of complexity that honestly require real experience and incredibly detailed planning.
You absolutely cannot just show up at some nice resort in Jaipur or Goa or Udaipur a few days before and hope everything magically works out. Someone experienced needs to visit well in advance, build proper relationships with local vendor teams, understand exactly how things operate in that specific location, and identify potential problems before they become disasters.
Here's our realistic approach:
- We physically visit your chosen location well in advance (like 2-3 months before) to really understand venue layouts, lighting situations, backup options, and check out all the local vendor options in person. We don't just look at websites and photos - we go there.
- We connect with and build relationships with reliable local vendor teams instead of just blindly trusting online reviews.
- We plan out all the detailed guest travel logistics - airport pickups at different times, hotel check-ins for different groups, transportation between the hotel and different event venues, backup plans if flights get delayed.
- We coordinate the movement and schedule across multiple events spread over several days so everyone clearly knows where to be and when.
- And most importantly, our full team stays with you for the complete duration, not just showing up for the main event days.
The goal is really simple - when you're celebrating by the beach or in some beautiful palace courtyard, you absolutely should not be worried about whether the caterer found the venue or if your uncle's flight got delayed or if the decorator received the right flowers. We handle all that stressful logistical stuff completely.

Our Payment Structure
We genuinely believe in keeping payment terms fair, reasonable, and completely transparent:
- 25%Initial booking advance to officially confirm our services and block your dates.
- 50%Pre-wedding payment due approximately 2-3 months before your wedding date.
- 25%Final balance payment due after your wedding completely concludes.
Transparency: What's NOT Included
To be completely honest and transparent upfront - our planning fees don't include:
- The actual vendor costs themselves (venue rental, catering, décor materials, etc.)
- Our team's travel and accommodation expenses for destination weddings (though this is clearly included in destination wedding pricing packages)
- Any additional services or vendors not specifically discussed and mutually agreed upon
